	How can we love too much, you ask?
38:41	When you love the wrong things, it is called addiction, love of power, wealth, food, drugs, alcohol, or an obsessive love for someone.
38:51	Tempere your emotions in love with mental logic and allow your soul self to help you monitor your love interests.
38:59	Kindness sometimes becomes a means of controlling other, or by keeping others from learning their lessons by doing it for them
39:07	Too much kindness, which usually also involves self-sacrifice or a sense of superiority, can destroy relationship for it is out of balance.
39:15	You can't buy love by doing too much for someone.
39:19	You must also allow others to return the kindness you give, which create a balance of giving and receiving.

39:27	Being too content leads to lethargy and doneness.
39:30	A lack of a sense of purpose.

39:59	Too often, those who say they are content and do not continue to stimulate their mind and body are setting themselves up for stagnation and degeneration.

41:48	Think about each situation or write it down if you're not uncomfortable in doing so.
41:54	If you do not wish to write them down, review each situation in your mind, determine what you need to do in order to release the memory pain.
42:03	If you are willing to work through these issues, it can be done at a sole level if you are not ready to face the situation of physical.
42:11	This will allow your higher self to begin to clear the negative energies between you so it will be easier to handle in your physical reality.

About Kat & Milli

Hello, I am Catherine, but my friends call me Kat. Together with Milli (Kamil) we started uploading videos back to YouTube as an emergency response to Barry’s channel being taken down. I could not believe that something so valuable could just disappear so quickly! In case you are interested in “coincidences”, I would like to tell you that the backup channel was started around Kamil's birthday, and I was notified of channel’s take down the same day when Kamil died 😢.

Some kind of special timing worked here, but I ended up with a grief (Kamil was my twin flame, by the way), lost a channel (that I was consistently uploading to for at least half a year), hundreds of e-mails in my mailbox and inability to locate my laptop to answer them. Even though I know that there is nothing wrong with death, still, losing my best friend and his loving support was very difficult for me and still is.

I promised him (my sweet angel now) to rebuild our channel and make it even better. After I created a second channel (and yes, it requires another sim card), I realized that we need a more permanent place for Barry’s Legacy, so it will never be lost. Then this website was created, and I paid it off (which means that it will always exist in case something happens to me). Here is a link to “Forever Version” of our website and just so you know, a great team of technicians will be taking care of it (doing their updates even without my participation), unlike on WordPress, where you have to update internal programs all the time.
